FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How to use this Svg vinyl ?
Clean the area thoroughly with rubbing alcohol or soap and water. Do not use a glass cleaner because it will leave a residue behind that will prevent the sticker from adhering well.
Rub a squeegee or credit card firmly across the sticker through the clear transfer tape to prepare it for application. This ensures the sticker will cling to the transfer tape and removes any air bubbles that may have formed. You can use blow dryer if required.
Peel the white paper backing off the sticker. If the sticker clings to the backing, slowly replace the paper backing and repeat Step 2.
How to Use Coffee stencil?
In order to achieve the clearest image possible when using your new customized coffee stencil I highly recommend using a very fine powder of the flavour of your choice, whether it be chocolate, cinnamon, chai or coffee.
In addition,I suggest using a very fine sifter that will help ensure that your powder does not get grainy or clumpy, thus allowing for a clearer image from your customized stencil.
Regarding the foam itself, I suggest that when frothing the milk, aim to avoid any large bubbles. Fill the coffee to a point just below the rim of the cup. if foam doest work well add a thick layer of whipped cream and smooth it with a knife. This is our cheater’s version of foam!
Don’t be let down if your first try with your stencil 🙂
What are Gloss vinyl ?
Gloss vinyl is our “shiny” vinyl and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor application. The adhesive on the glossy vinyl is solvent-based and meant to be a more permanent option. It is removable from walls, but not as easy as matte and may peel paint.
t is the best choice for tiles, glass blocks, windows, mirrors, and any outdoor surface.
It can get wet and withstand the cold and heat for 4-5 years.
If you have textured walls – gloss will stick better to them.
Gloss finish is shiny and slick.
For wood surfaces, we recommend gloss
What are Matte vinyl?
Matte vinyl is considered to be “removable” in that it removes easier than regular gloss vinyl from most surfaces. The adhesive on the matte vinyl is water-based and meant to be temporary.
It is the best choice for NON-TEXTURED walls and projects that will be used indoors only.
Matte is flat and has very little sheen.
If you are concerned about glare, choose matte.
Matte does not adhere well to oil based stain or paint.
Matte does stick well to flat smooth surfaces.
